1 Hour Athlete Development:

  • 1 hour training in DBSM high performance gym
  • Myofascial release, Mobility & Flexibility
  • Sport specific & Fundamental movements
  • Activation & Movement Preparation
  • Power, Strength & Speed components
    (Designed to specific needs)
  • Energy system development
  • Active Recovery

*Open to youth and adult athletes*

5 AD session package:

  • 5 one hour individual athlete development sessions in DBSM high performance gym
  • Pre/Post program testing
  • Sports needs analysis/ Goal Setting
  • Sport specific & Fundamental movements
  • Mobility & Flexibility                         
    (Designed to specific needs/goals)
  • Strength, Power & Speed training components
  • Energy system development
  • Continued education around training and lifestyle

10 AD Session Package:
